...is Israeli libraries?
This is something I definitely need to check out. I love books in Hebrew, but are there enough libraries in Israel to meet my needs? Is there a different kind of loaning system?

Mmm... I tried the Israeli library up the block from me once, and was disappointed. You had to pay to sign up and the selection was poor. But, who knows, maybe there are better ones.
